Free accounts receive a limited number of leads per search. Paid plans provide higher quotas as described on the Pricing page. Lead quotas are consumed each time you run a search — unused leads do not roll over unless stated in your plan. Plan validity periods are fixed from the date of purchase.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used plans or unused lead quotas. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and apply a credit or extension at our discretion.
We extract data that is publicly listed on Google Maps. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or freshness of any extracted data. Business phone numbers, addresses and ratings may change. You are responsible for verifying data before using it for outreach.
The Service, its design, code, branding and features are the intellectual property of Google Maps Scraper Pro. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the Service. The extracted business data belongs to the respective businesses and is subject to Google Maps' own terms of service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that results will meet your specific requirements. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Maps Scraper Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the data extracted through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any use that damages the Service or its reputation. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
